Forms are part of the web page that can help you to enter
data, such as your name, address, phone number, and so on. For example, you may
have to enter your personal details while booking an airline ticket online. A
form may have text boxes, check boxes, buttons, pop-up menus or drop-down
lists. You can fill information in it and submit the form contents by clicking
on buttons provided.
